Shipping Schedule + Turnaround Time

We’ve seen a big increase in shipping orders since our feature on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, and we’re thrilled to share our handmade English muffins with you! Each batch is made fresh to order, entirely by hand.

Because of this, please allow up to 2 weeks from the time your order is placed until it ships. This processing time ensures every muffin is baked to perfection. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way—thank you for your patience and support!

Shipping Options

Once your order is ready to ship, we use UPS Ground within New England and UPS 2nd Day Air outside of New England. We don’t use any preservatives in our muffins so we want to ensure they arrive to you in a timely manner!

Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address to avoid delays.

What items are available for shipping?

We currently offer a selection of English Muffins, Tandem Coffee beans, and our house-made granola for shipping. To ensure quick processing, only the combinations of flavors listed above are available.

Sorry: we do not ship our pastries. Since they are are best enjoyed fresh, we recommend visiting us in Somerville, MA to enjoy them!

Muffin Storage

Hooray, your muffins arrived! If you don’t plan on eating them within a day or two, we recommend freezing them to extend their shelf life. You can slice and freeze, then pop right in the toaster when you’re ready to eat!
